Lucy, what happened?
The price of a Β£20 can has skyrocketed. They changed the packaging and reduced the weight by 2 pounds, what's the difference? The texture of the "box filler" is completely different than the filler in the jug. "Box Filler" is thinner and cats follow it everywhere! Chaos! Never had this problem with pitcher litter. I have 2 cats, have been using your product for many years, loved it, almost no dust, almost no residue, clumps great but this new box litter can go to hell!
