Review on GownTown by David Padilla

I'm always interested in trying out new online apparel retailers, so I couldn't wait to check out GownTown. Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm were very unsatisfactory. To begin with, the clothes I purchased were of poor quality. The cloth was flimsy, and the seams were starting to come undone. These garments were expensive, but it was obvious that they wouldn't last very long. Second, there was a severe dearth of service to customers. I contacted customer support multiple times with a question about an item I had purchased, but no one ever got back to me. When I did get an answer, it was useless and seemed designed solely to get me to hang up. Last but not least, delivery times were very long. After waiting more than two weeks for my order to come, I discovered that it was incomplete. To fix the problem, I had to get in touch with customer support again, which took time. In general, GownTown is not somewhere I'd suggest to anyone. The products are of poor quality, and both shipping and customer support are inadequate. If you're looking for a place to buy clothes online, you can do much better.
