Broken packaging, broken filter
Received the filter today. I knew immediately there would be trouble when I saw the box was practically falling apart and the tape sealing the box was so old and dirty it wasn't even tacky and wasn't sealing the box. The plastic bag containing the filter was torn, and large black particles came out of the filter itself. Unacceptable for something that's $80!
