This is the 5 ply strand I've been looking for since I started the remodel. I use it for bags, gun cases, or many things that used to use string. It is excellent for sewing leather and beads. There are a number of imitations that are 1 thread and cannot be separated for finer work. The best price I found. The specs were a little light, but I took a chance. Bingo, like others, costs double or more. It probably won't work with small beads since beading needles have a very small eye. Larger sizes are no problem.
