Edited: I have contacted Bayco and the customer service is excellent! They apologized for the broken case and said that unfortunately they can't just send me a new one as the cases are sold in sets but offered me a partial refund and I was more than happy with that decision. Now that I've used the containers a few times and run them in the dishwasher a few times, it looks like the cracked one might just be defective. The rest is well preserved and great for cooking. I've always hated plastic containers and I believe they will be great in the long run. I even bought them in a different size because I had confidence in their customer service and knew the seller would have my back if anything happened. 2 to 5 stars just for the care. First Review: This should be a stronger lens but apparently it isn't. Even before using them, I washed them in the dishwasher before loading them with my preparations. They were the only thing in the dishwasher and they didn't even touch. After going through the cycle, one of them came out with strong chips. I contacted the company to see if they would replace the one and I didn't even get a response. The gaskets come off the lids too easily, so I have to keep putting them in place. Not as good quality as I thought based on other reviews.
