This office chair is comfortable and won't hurt your back, but two of the eight points that attach the armrests to the backrest weren't properly drilled and the screws weren't threaded. It's not about stress. Attempting to drive screws into these holes while the part was unattached and free of twists or obstructions was impossible. I could see damaged threads. Luckily, the screws are partially blocked and the bad holes are on opposite sides, keeping the chair together. So right.
