This article did not last 6 weeks. Each cable included in this package is not charged for a period of time - at close range. I couldn't request an exchange or refund because 30 days have passed. I think each of these cables failed in week 5. It was nothing but trouble. I had to find the company's website. There is no number to call them, you just have to contact them via email. I received an answer in about 3 weeks, so almost a month. All they had to say was: We will look into your concerns again, but you must do this first. Provide us with proof of purchase. How did you purchase the item. What item did you purchase. Which part do you think is defective? I've tried changing the method I used to charge my devices, but devices are still not charging. I've tried each cable with four different types of car chargers. I've used it on several different wall chargers, the cable doesn't work. I was trying to charge the backup battery for my cell phone. The charger has a flashlight and two connectors. It was probably three quarters full by now, but I wanted it to be fully charged in case I needed it. I connected it to one of the charging cables after finally getting it to work on a fourth car charger. I left it on for about 15 minutes and then had to turn off the car and go shopping. I was in the store for about an hour. When I got out to the car the backup battery was so hot I picked it up, unplugged it immediately and waited for it to cool down before picking it up again. When I picked it up, I noticed that the charging indicator only had one light! I tried to turn on the flashlight but it barely caught fire like the battery was dead. I was trying to see if I can charge my phone, it barely charged my phone. I can't retrieve the charger now to accept a charge, I think it's toasted. So if you want all these problems, buy this product, but don't say I didn't warn you! I'm not done with the company yet? Not yet. I've been super busy. I have more important things to do than email someone about a product they know is a piece of junk! I will not waste my time on this Petty product but I am leaving a review to try and save someone else from what I went through. Oh yes, that thing you put in your phone will always give you problems with the case you have on your phone. Because it has to be flush with the phone and a case prevents that. You will need to modify each case in order for this part to fit your phone properly. Be prepared to cut out your phone case to accommodate this piece. In other words I now have three protective phone cases that have the charging port cut out/rotated/modified to accommodate the product that isn't working. Now my case just looks cheesy and that's usually the start of a conversation. Just to say this product takes too much time.!.!.!.!This product is a joke. If you decide to buy this product, come back in 2 months and reply to this review. I would like to know how this works for someone else because it didn't work for me. DO NOT SPEND MONEY OR TIME ON THIS PRODUCT!
