Terrible purchase! Best Accessories

I ordered these for our whole family for Christmas. The two for the iPhone never worked properly so both my boys didn't use them at all! The ones for our androids worked a little, but then they stopped charging normally. We were getting about 5-10 percent an hour. And on her husband's phone, one of the posts broke off and had to be removed with pliers. Terrible purchase!

There was a problem and the support team responded!

Fast delivery of 3 magnetic cable kit did not connect 2 of the 3 Thunderbolt adapters that fit your iPhone. I sent a message to the seller (problem in China) and received an email reply asking for clarification and photos. Within a week they sent me 3 new adapters, all working! LOVE MAGNET! Additional cables already ordered for all vehicles and home charging stations!

REFUSE - LOSS OF MONEY

This article did not last 6 weeks. Each cable included in this package is not charged for a period of time - at close range. I couldn't request an exchange or refund because 30 days have passed. I think each of these cables failed in week 5. It was nothing but trouble. I had to find the company's website. There is no number to call them, you just have to contact them via email. I received an answer in about 3 weeks, so almost a month. All they had to say was: We will look into your concerns…
