Review on NICROLANDEE Premium Wrapping Birthday Wedding by Heather Shaw

I received this paper in exchange for this review. This crepe paper isn't bad, but it's not the best. corrugated carnations from corrugated cardboard, that's good. More complex, multi-petalled and shaped flowers are less successful in my opinion as the paper doesn't stretch as much as the more expensive German corrugated cardboard. Other than that, the colors are nice and there's a lot of paper in the box. I have yet to try using my clipper with it to make roll paper flowers, but the thinner aspect of the paper makes me wonder if even a spinning blade could tear it apart or if it wouldn't release well from the mat. (I'll update this with my results once I actually have time to try this technique with this article.)
