I love the colors in this crepe paper kit. At first I thought it would be perfect to use as tissue paper for gifts, but it's actually perfect for making paper flowers. A quick web search will yield tons of clever ideas for decorating everything from baby showers to weddings or even as part of home decor. It's relatively thick, but thin and stretchy enough to make fabulous arrangements.

Great for large paper flowers. It is very durable and does not tear easily. It's not as stretchy as the same crepe paper I used, but its shape is slightly better. The flower pictured is about 3 feet wide and uses just under 8 rolls. I left it on the table overnight which allowed my cat to think it was her new custom made paper bed. Remarkably, I was able to fluff it up and get it back into shape the next morning.

I received this paper in exchange for this review. This crepe paper isn't bad, but it's not the best. corrugated carnations from corrugated cardboard, that's good. More complex, multi-petalled and shaped flowers are less successful in my opinion as the paper doesn't stretch as much as the more expensive German corrugated cardboard. I tested this crepe paper to see if there were any projects it would work for. I have been making crepe paper flowers for many years and I can say that this crepe paper is not suitable for some crepe paper flower projects. On the one hand, it has no stretch. There is a technique called "cupping" where you stretch the petal to give it the shape of a petal. This paper is simply stretched to about 10% longer than the original length.
