I installed a pair of these on the rear roll bars on a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. I wanted the rear pad to be a 3-way 6x9 instead of the 5.25" in the factory Improve sound bar. Very sturdy construction and comes with a variety of rubber grommets to match the size of the pipe you are mounting to. I used arc. as a conduit of sorts by drilling it all the way through using the bracket as a guide. I then added a steel bushing through the arch so you can't rotate the bracket on the arch which could cut the wires. The mounts are nice. Bold, but just thought I'd take extra precautions
