First what I don’t like and why this isn’t 5 stars. First the handles are definitely not going to last, not a huge deal but to bad cuz I actually like the look of them. Second there’s two places on the rope that have little defects and it looks like they used heat to melt the frays again not a big deal but when you melt plastic it gets hard and it’s now got sharp points in the rope that could possibly cut my hands if I used it for rope climbing or sled pulling.One neutral point; I would not use this rope outside on rough or dirty surfaces.Now what I likeThe medium braid of this rope is awesome. It’s not as stiff as the big triple braid ropes but gives you more feedback than really fine braid ropes. It came really well packaged (no easy task) and included everything you need.Great value and investment for your health. Battle ropes are just more fun than other training tools.
