Review on πŸƒ Mizuno Women's Wave Rider 22 Running Shoe: Find Your Perfect Fit and Glide Through Every Run! by Jamie Northcutt

πŸ’– Love πŸ’• good for women

These shoes are amazing. I am returning to training and wanted a pair of short runs and HIIT shoes. I tried cross training and running shoes from Nike (3 different models), Brooks (2 models) and New Balance. None of them felt right. I thought I was overpronating, but Brooks support shoes proved otherwise. It seemed to me that shoe technology had progressed so far that I could find a shoe that fit all my needs and felt good. I knew about Mizuno but got sidetracked by flashier brands like Hoka One One and Altra. I did a lot of research - reviews and questions and read all the information on the list. Somehow (fortunately) Mizuno was suggested, and after reading an explanation from the shoe's "manufacturer" that sounded like what I was looking for, I checked out the Wave Rider. It was a good price so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I put them on I knew they were perfect. My feet have "problems" - I have wide, flat feet with little arch support. I have narrow heels and have to use those stupid pads that never stick to the inside of the shoe. I've been doing modern barefoot dance for 20 years, wearing sandals or chunky boots. The Wave Riders were as comfortable as if they had been ripped apart, yet soft and springy. I went for a run and the shoes were fantastic. No heel slip, narrow width or painful arches. Very light and strong, with the perfect amount of padding. I'll buy another pair in a moment. Eeeee!πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
