That's it! while running

I am a serious runner. Qualified for the Boston Marathon three times and ran the beast last April in the worst weather conditions in history. I love my Mizuno Wave Rider 22! Let me tell you, this couple is amazing! I run long and hard and these shoes are made for running! Receive!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some bugs

Awesome Sneaker - Road Running

I just love the wave rider! This is my fourth Waverider shoe. I started the Wave Rider 19 and was blown away by how much it has changed my running, my injuries and the overall comfort of my joints. (I have "flat feet".) The 22 is just as exceptional as the first one I bought. The wearing comfort keeps getting better and I love the look.

Pros
  • Durable Construction
Cons
  • The list will go on.

Rubs on side of foot

I've been wearing Wave Riders for probably 12 years. This model 22 is not good. The white Mizuno Roadrunner logo on the outer shoe is too stiff. I think what happened is that the logo is a bit closer to the toe and therefore hits my foot on the outside little toe. Will have to send them back. Too much bubble potential. Also, it really hurts! Not comfortable at all. Sadness.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Sweet ride for shoes

Pros: 1. no break-in period 2. excellent cushioning and support3. can be worn with or without socks depending on activity Cons1. my right finger rubs the top part but not enough to cause discomfort2. For this reason, this shoe runs half a size smaller. Recommendation: I'm not an avid runner, so this shoe is great for both power walking and running. The color is conservative and suits this lifestyle.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Not bad

Great HIIT training shoe

I looked through 8 different sneakers/returns until I found this one. I love Orangetheory and had trouble finding rowing/running/weightlifting shoes! I'm happy to say it was the ticket. I love the look too! I will say that I bought these shoes and insoles because I have delicate feet and a high arch. I ended up sending the insoles back because the shoe itself had all the cushioning I needed.

Great Shoes - Running

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis. My doctor recommended better shoes (soft sketches are BAD) plus Superfeet orthopedic insoles made specifically for women's feet (they have a narrower heel cup, for example). In fact, he gave me a prescription to go to a shoe store (I'm not a runner). These Mizuno shoes fit like a glove when I first tried them on. I was very happy to find the same Wave Rider 22 at Revain in several different colors and for about 50%…

Comfortable shoes are best for running

I've been using Nike Pegasus for a long time and then Vomero. But I don't like the new versions anymore and they are not as comfortable as they used to be. I looked online for neutral shoes and found these. Since it's a free return, I thought I'd give it a try. I don't have wide feet but I like shoes with a wide toe box. I ordered a wide width to try and it fits perfectly. I'd like to have more arch support in them if I have to choose. The upper also offers good support. It looks more…

πŸ’– Love πŸ’• good for women

These shoes are amazing. I am returning to training and wanted a pair of short runs and HIIT shoes. I tried cross training and running shoes from Nike (3 different models), Brooks (2 models) and New Balance. None of them felt right. I thought I was overpronating, but Brooks support shoes proved otherwise. It seemed to me that shoe technology had progressed so far that I could find a shoe that fit all my needs and felt good. I knew about Mizuno but got sidetracked by flashier brands like Hoka…

Not good quality Wave Rider 19

I've been wearing Mizuno shoes for about 10 years and have several pairs including 3 pairs of Wave Rider 19's. I wear a size 8.5 all the time. I ordered the Wave Rider 22 in 8.5 Medium Black and received it today. Unfortunately he returns on Monday. The shoe is much narrower in the toe box than any Mizuno I've ever owned. The leather around the forefoot is much stiffer and thicker than my other Wave Riders and the fit is more snug than my WR19. This leather at the top never gets soft to the…
