GREAT MACHINE overall. Problems with HDMI out of the box

I've had this computer for a few weeks now. I ordered it for New Year's Eve to be precise and so far the performance has been excellent. It works like a champ with my software development software and database management and emulation tools without any hiccups. I also installed a few games. I can run Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra settings and the game runs exceptionally well and looks very good. to work. I have 2 monitors and first tried to connect one to this port but nothing happens (I also tried another monitor but still no luck). Then I tried other connections (four ports on a 3080 card) and the first one worked. However, on the second, I couldn't get the HDMI connector into the slot. It's like there isn't enough room for the plug. It's like the top is too low and blocking (see picture). Slots 3 and 4 are not HDMI ports so I had no reason to try them as I only use 2 monitors. I just used one of the USB ports to turn both monitors on and off with no problem. Is there a reason the one HDMI port at the top next to the fan isn't working for me? Is there a configuration option I need to do? Overall, based on my time with a computer at the time of writing this review, I'm very happy with it, and while I've spent a little more than I wanted to, I tend to ditch desktops for 7-8 years, so I do I'm glad I went for a high end machine and this seems to fit the bill. Recommend if you have dough.
