Love CloudStore, especially considering its seamless integration into Shopify
The ease with which I can upload my documents (in Word or PDF) onto our website for consumers to access is great! It's also easy enough that even non-technical staff could use it without any problems at all - they just have to know how to click next after uploading their document. There are some minor glitches here and there but nothing too serious so far. We're using this software primarily as an online storehouse where we keep brochures/sales materials etc., available in one place rather than having them scattered around multiple locations.
Pros
- Ease, speed & simplicity; particularly useful when not logged into Windows.
- Can drag files straight from desktop directly through browser window instead entering URL manually..great option!!
Cons
- When you try searching across several fields such "Customer Service" then selecting certain options eg sales person names.it often defaults backto first value listed..not really intuitive
