So this shower head is a dream come true for people like me who have thick hair when washing out the shampoo and conditioner. But the first one was returned because the seal inside was torn, the water spilled everywhere. The second one is looking pretty good so far, except that the water erupted again a few weeks ago, as did the last one. You open it, the seals aren't where they should be. This time they didn't break, so we put them back in place and continued on our way. Today I noticed that with more concentrated use, water leaks through the screw/gasket and the part that connects the head to the wall. I want this company to solve the printing problem. Then it would be great!
