Great tool for automate your customer experience and communicate with clients
I love being able to customize my emails, with different templates available! Sending out daily check-ins is easy enough too - that's what makes it even better!! Nothing really; everything works as expected (I'm still using this software).
Just like any other product from Movable Ink Software Company LLC., they're always improving their products & services through A/B testing methods so make sure to keep an eye of changes in service quality when upgrading or renewing subscriptions! The most important thing about sending automated messages would be making them look personalised by choosing relevant images / logos etc.; which can all help improve communication between customers's business partners such us banks who send statements via email without opening attachments due lack of security concerns among others. Automating tasks has definitely helped me save time during routine activities but also made communications more efficient at times ;-).

- Ability for creating custom workflow rules within customer groups ee g group 1 = 2 days' reminder + 3 day delay before scheduled delivery date while remaining unopened mail gets automatically deleted after 7th month,
