I bought this compression knee brace because I had problems with my left knee. I ordered 2 because I sometimes have problems with both knees. Fits great, it was a little tight the first time but a little loose and now it fits like a glove. The first day I wore it, it worked well and my knee felt so good. The sleeve was perfectly compressed (not so tight that I felt I had to take it off, but I knew I had it on). On the 2nd day, my knee hurt so bad I could hardly walk, so I took it off and left it on the 3rd day. Went to my chiropractor who advised me to wear it after examining my knee thinking I may have sprained a ligament which is causing me pain on top of my arthritis. I'm wearing it today, my knee still hurts, not that much but I'll keep it on and be patient. I have no problems when I sleep at night (I don't wear a sleeve) but when I walk in the morning the pain comes back. I would recommend the cuff to anyone struggling to relieve the pain. I'm glad I bought it and will continue to use it for relief.
