I like that we are able to use our existing control system with ease of setup and configuration options. We have been using it with our VMS and it was great! We love how it works with our control software as well! It took some getting used to at first but after spending time training we got the hang of it in no time at all. This is also a product that has many different uses such as video conferencing, streaming live events, etc. In addition, this software has saved us TONS of money by reducing overall installation costs from about $20,000 to only $2,000 which is a very good investment. I like that we can customize our screens to show different information depending upon what area is being viewed by customers in their shop or store etc.. It's easy enough to set up but it does take some time getting used to how everything works with this software so be patient! We are able solve issues when things go wrong without having to call out an expert which saves us money as well.
