gun, and within 15 seconds I smelled a burning smell, immediately turned off the scope, unscrewed the cap and found that 2 batteries were not only smoking, but also the positive poles were severely mutilated. All 4 batteries were so hot even though I literally couldn't touch them so I had to turn the gun on its side and just drop the batteries on the tiled floor. After 30 minutes, the batteries still felt hot. The amazing thing is that this is not the first time I have used these batteries, I have used them twice (in March and May) with no problems. This time, however, I wasn't so lucky. DO NOT BUY!
