Best bug tracker/issue management tool

It integrates with both JIRA and Confluence as issue tracking software. It's really flexible. You can use this ticketing software to track bugs, support requests and manage support tickets. It is compatible with the Jira Service Desk to integrate tickets.It integrates well with Confluence. This allows the ticketing to be managed in one single interface. I like it very much. It's the best ticketing system. And it has no negative sides. I like the user interface. It's very clear and intuitive. It's really quick to learn. It's a very good solution to track customer requests and support tickets in an Atlassian product such as Jira. The team at e-seven has been extremely dedicated to our project from start till finish, even when we faced some setbacks with new requirements that were not part of their previous scope they worked hard for us during those times as well! They have also gone above & beyond in ensuring all deliverables are met prior release date. We would highly recommend them if you need your application built within budget timeframes without sacrificing quality or functionality.
