Review on 3M Protecta Polyester Retractable Safety Harness 3100431 by Demetrius Patsion

We bought two of these and both have been used once and are not completely cleaning up now. I would like to speak to the seller/manufacturer but can't find where to do it. This product is too expensive to throw away! And we can't risk anyone's life by using a product that doesn't work properly! If possible, we are happy to upgrade to a better product: The cable you bought still works perfectly. Only the straps are bad.
