I have both. I first bought the Ender 3 V2 because of its reputation. Don't waste your time with Ender 3 V2. This printer has much better hardware and software and doesn't need any upgrades other than maybe an all metal or direct drive hot end. Dual fans, wider Y-base, strong platform leveling feet, upgraded stepper motors, upgraded board. I'm having trouble with the touchscreen OS, so I'm using the Marlin version on this LCD. When running the Big Tree touchscreen OS I had bricked prints and the prints would not start without manually adjusting the temperature or just stay there forever. No issues were reproduced in Marlin mode. This printer comes standard with a bed leveling program and many features that the Ender 3 V2 does not have such as: B. Baby steps. Even if you want to upgrade and jailbreak your devices, you'd better start with BIQU B1 and then E3V2 because you will save money in the long run. Bottom line, why would I choose BIQU B1 over Ender 3. V2: steel magnetic pressure base (ABS sticks great with no glue or tape) upgraded board (board you will eventually upgrade your ender to) touchscreen (touchscreen, you should upgrade your ender but it's not ideal for me) Wider base Better motors Easy setup Two fans Glow sensor Metal belt tensioners versus plastic belt tensioners
