I like that it's easy to use, has many features including live monitoring of vehicles in transit as well as mapping out routes from point A to B (and back again). The customer support team could be more responsive at times. In addition, some elements are not customizable for specific needs. For example, we needed the ability to customize labels within the app but were unable to do so without hiring additional developers. We also had difficulties when trying to track multiple clients using one account simultaneously (we have over 100 accounts with our fleet managers). However, these issues weren't solved by Vialatm; rather they were addressed by us needing to hire additional help or work directly with their technical teams. Tracking vehicle movements with no human intervention provides transparency into where your assets are located at all time.
