Great product - great customer support

The ability to log data in real time, as well as uploading it for later download; no subscription necessary! It's free forever so you don't have any financial commitment when using this software--it works like magic, we love that aspect of it most about vialattem! Sometimes there are issues with logging into your account but other than those things I can not find anything negative which would keep us from recommending them or continueing our use of their service.   • Easy interface makes entry simple enough even my staff who do all transactions through an ipad app easily follow along once set up properly..and then never forget how easy everything is after seeing first hand what happens next step by steps before entering information directly thru tablet computer instead having keyboarded inputted info.It really saves money & resources used compared to paper methods previously employed..I believe many companies should consider utilizing such services!!!!!

Great tool - just wish there was better integration between staff and customers

I like that it's easy to use, has many features including live monitoring of vehicles in transit as well as mapping out routes from point A to B (and back again). The customer support team could be more responsive at times. In addition, some elements are not customizable for specific needs. For example, we needed the ability to customize labels within the app but were unable to do so without hiring additional developers.
