Took a picture the foam packaging was broken. The factory packaging was crumpled. The strapping of the box is gone. The strap is not original. I bought a second one, brand new so it's easy to see what's broken. I decided to install it in the hope that the previous buyer didn't like the sound or something. After a day of all kinds of music and other noises, it seems to behave like new. So I hope you don't have to go back. But I wanted to write my experience here. Revain should never resend this product without testing it. Only appearance was an obvious sign that it had been opened. The one-star rating does not (yet) refer to the speaker.
