I bought this lamp to add cabinet lighting to our kitchen and it met that need. Items are well packaged, duct tape works VERY well (wipe down cabinets with rubbing alcohol first), in fact once taped it will take a hell of a long time to move. The sensor seemed a bit finicky, but trial and error will find you the right "place" in your kitchen where it seems most useful. Luckily, the cables are long enough to try a few different spots. That's why I didn't give 5 stars - even though the description of this product says "OPTIONAL" the seller or manufacturer doesn't give you an option to "extend" anything and that's quite misleading. In one of the photos provided there is no light to the right of the microwave - this is because the first set purchased (6pcs) was used in the rest of the kitchen. I had to buy a full second set (4 pieces) just to get the 3 extra light bars I needed. Also, I had to buy an extension cord to go over the microwave. (From another retailer/manufacturer - search EShine® LED Lighting Extension Cable with Male and Female Under Cabinet with Clips for Easy Installation. (6.5ft Cable, Black) and you will find it. You need to cut a small piece of plastic to fit properly, but it's very easy). I don't think there's any harm in having a spare power supply and sensor, but if Touchstar sold the light bars and extension cords separately it would be a 5 star product.
