I have arthritis in my elbows and the job I do often involves lifting or carrying a handgun for a 12 hour shift, huh surprisingly put a lot of strain on my elbows . My favorite part of these braces is that I can wrap the velcro around my arm and lift it to connect higher so it squeezes the elbow joint and holds it in place. You can feel the difference. I would change a small design flaw. By wrapping it around my arm it should stick to the fabric that is causing the fraying. If they attach the best fabric that doesn't tear around the bicep, it will be the perfect brace. I hope you read and do this, I will buy another one in a heartbeat. It is very comfortable to wear but can get a little hot which I don't mind as I often get in and out of cold places, saves me having to put on and take off the sweater.
