The description is a bit misleading. Nowhere in the description is the capacity of the ports. The description states that both ports are optimized for maximum loading speed. One port is 2.4 amps and the other is only 1 amp. Two 2.4A ports are required to charge an iPhone 6+ and an iPad at maximum charging speeds. Half-price alternatives offer multiple 2.4A ports on a single plug. Seems like they are more profitable.
