These are the first slides I've owned (usually wear flip flops), but my daughter wears them, so I bought the black ones in 10 (I wear a 9 1/2 M shoe) and they fit well. I've worn them in the house for a week. They are soft and spongy, but I've noticed that after awhile, they pinch a little on the outside bone of my big toe (where the seam of the sole and top meet). My foot is medium to narrow - I don't think they'd fit anyone with a wide foot. They're great in the house, but I wouldn't wear them outside and IMO, they're not suitable for walking or standing for long periods of time. Would I buy these again? No. But they have another slide that has a Velcro closure and I might try those.
