Decent headphones for their price - the sound is a little "pop" but for twenty I didn't expect perfection. They're comfortable and, to be honest, quite attractive as headphones. New charging connector style for me, but a cable was included so that's fine. However, leadership is lacking, to say the least. I've seen poorly translated guides before, but this is the best. After reading the charging section at least three times. I have no idea how to tell if the case is fully charged. The first three times I paired the set, only paired one earbud (twice it was right, once left). I still have no idea what I ended up doing to make both of them connect successfully. If I ever have to connect them again I expect the same problem because I still don't know what it could be. It's a shame they made such a good product and then left customers completely in the dark on how to use things. Asking for clear instructions on how to use a product shouldn't be too much. To be honest I like the product now that it works but wouldn't buy it again - setup is a headache without clear instructions.
