Review on 🐠 AQUA CULTURE Half Gallon Betta View: Ideal Fish Habitat with Base by Heather Armstrong

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not good for all fish but great for house insects and arachnids

This aquarium is totally unsuitable for ALL types of fish. It's too small to maintain proper water chemistry and doesn't have a filter. Betta fish require at least 5 gallons, preferably 10 gallons, and a heat source. They don't thrive at 70F. However, I gave this product a high rating as it is a good enclosure for small invertebrates. It is great for raising caterpillars, small stick insects, praying mantis, young scorpions or tarantulas, land snails, etc. Children can easily observe the animals, and the hood design helps retain moisture better than the Kritter Keeper. It's great for this purpose. It's also decently economical.
