Review on BraceUP® Wrist Compression Support Adjustable by William Obong

Excellent wrist brace for helping carpal tunnel symptoms without restricting arm mobility

I have had occasional tingling and numbness in my arms, particularly my right arm. I thought it was type 1 diabetes, high or low blood sugar but after talking to the doctor he said it looks like carpal tunnel. Before consulting a specialist, he recommended trying a bandage/splint to treat carpal tunnel symptoms. I naturally started with the 3M Futuro 48462ENR (full night use immobilization brace that almost completely covers your hand and fingers and keeps your wrist really stiff) and Futuro 48401ENR (a wrist that doesn't cover your fingers and was designed for use). during the day). The problem with the night brace is that it completely immobilizes your arm. I practically have to take it off to turn the AC on or off. The day pad is not bad, but I wash my hands often and have to take them off because I don't want to wear them wet. So I was just looking for a wrist brace and I found it. I ordered them and tried them. Pretty good wrist support. My discomfort hasn't entirely gone away while wearing it (especially in my right hand which has a more pronounced carpal tunnel), but it also gives me a lot more freedom than the Futuro brace. I wear them during the day and Futuro at night because I often sleep in my arms, which greatly aggravates the symptoms. Other people have complained that these wraps don't last long. I have machine washed and tumble dried mine several times. A few threads fell off. So what? At 9.99 pieces I don't care if I have to buy a new set every two or three months.
