They feel hard.: Grips

They feel hard. I removed my rubber grips; washed them with soap and water; Put them on before washing off the soap. I then applied a liberal amount of soapy water to the inside of the rim. Start end; They took off and continued (with little effort) after about 10 minutes. Now I like the size.
