It is very helpful to track employee attendance, leave requests etc. I like it best because you can access your data remotely from anywhere in world with an internet connection.It's also free so that’s great! Nothing much as far as nitroHR goes but when we were looking at other products they had some really good features which made me think about switching over or if there was something wrong with our current system then this would have been perfect. Being able to view my employees time sheets online has saved us many hours each month by reviewing them before sending out paychecks instead of manually checking everything myself. This saves time which lets more people get their jobs done faster than ever before. Also being able to check up anytime makes work day run smoothy without any hassle whatsoever. We've used several different types of software to manage payroll including Paychex, ADP and Quickbooks Online.
