This item was purchased to ensure I received the correct item and was free of defects, so I chose the item sold on Revain.com. I opened it up and started filling out all my info, putting on a protective sheet, and all just for the madness. I wasted many hours of my day just to return this item. The label maker box actually said Surface Pro 7, but I wanted to make sure I was getting the right product and I didn't have one! I actually got a Surface Pro 6. I didn't know if this was a deliberate scam for all customers or if I was just lucky. Anyway, here are the photos and now I'm going to exchange the item for the exact same one. I mean the real Surface Pro 7. CHECK YOUR MODEL WHEN YOU RECEIVE THIS ITEM!
