Installed this OEM part in my 2008 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer with automatic temperature control. It fitted perfectly and solved the problem of the fan getting stuck at high altitude even when I tried to turn it off. Also the manual fan control didn't work until I installed this replacement part. Searching the web I have found conflicting information on the correct part number. Revain also claimed that this part would not fit the 2008 Ford Expedition, but thanks to another Revain review on this part I took a chance and it worked out fine. This piece was a perfect complement to my original. Installation wasn't too difficult, but it was a little fiddly to get to the rear screw. Opening the glove box made this a lot easier as I could see everything through the hole (pinch the back of the sides of the glove box so it can fall forward). Simply press the small tab to release the cable connector, remove the broken part, then install the new part and original cable connector.
