They looked at what phone I'm using and saved me time by saying that my phone couldn't connect to my TV's HDMI port. But when I need a cable, I sell them. I sent it back with no problem. UPS came to me with a label and delivered a package to my new friends in Indiana. I received an email saying the refund was made in transit only. I don't even need to check if it's true. I LOVE AMERICA! ☮️
