Most importantly, it works. It charges your controllers and does what it promises: no battery overheating, reliable connection, accurate display and fast charging. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 is because of a few minor flaws, you can skip this part of the review if you don't want to read the nitpicks: It feels incredibly cheap. It appears to be just that: a plastic case with a printed circuit board. I would recommend adding some weight as it is designed to load 2 controllers but weighs half the weight of a single controller. This means you have to hold it and pull or pull out the controller, adding to general wear and tear. I know the product itself is fairly cheap and readily available so this may not be cost effective or will drive up the price. Another solution would be to change the plastic case at the bottom to provide a mounting slot so users can attach it to something to keep it securely in place. Another problem is that the display is upside down: you have 2 LED controller icons, one on top of the other vertically. Intuitively, this means that the top icon represents the furthest slot in the back and the bottom icon represents the furthest slot in the front. It is written upside down on the product. The bottom icon represents the slot on the back and vice versa. It's counterintuitive and triggers a kind of latent obsessive-compulsive disorder in me. At the same time, the display is beautiful and accurate.
