Received today. All ports show connection, but pass-through charging doesn't work at all. After testing all possible connection sequences, the iPad Pro showed "not charging". I like the assembly very much. The weight and design of the glass make it attractive. It feels like it applies to Apple products. I'm also a fan of the logo that lights up after you turn it on. I'm a musician trying to use a second USB-C port with an Apple USB-C to 3.5mm dongle to send audio to a DAW. This feature works, but I bought it to keep my iPad charged. As other reviews say it works great I will be returning and hopefully getting a working one. Disappointing reason I needed it to work today. I will update the rating upon receipt. UPDATE: I'm not 100% sure, but I think the reason this isn't working is because my iPad Pro requires less power than the 100W this adapter offers. I ended up spending a little more money on a Hyperdrive 6-in-1 USB hub for iPad and it works perfectly.
