Funny how I love a piece of plumbing lol! I was devastated by a horrible, low-quality plastic RV faucet I installed at our facility less than a year ago (photo, in the sink. Soon to be in the trash!). Leak from day one. Thank you for the great reviews for recommending this wonderful lamp. It is very high quality, only the base/lower part of the housing is made of plastic. All brass on the bottom including hot/cold threads. Ceramic cartridges really make a difference, they feel very slick and expensive. The garden hose thread is perfect for the Farberware portable dishwasher hose I use (picture). I use a standard swivel thread sprayer with half garden hose adapter, works great, no leaks! It even *looks* pretty, no one would guess it's a "useful" gadget lol! Too bad I didn't know about this device before installing the plastic junk! (Hint: Teflon tape, Teflon pipe thread sealant, and a silicone O-ring are a handyman's best friend, especially when working on an old RV!) The grips were flipped — no, she just installed them the wrong way round, lol. the logo on the base faces *away* from the front/side of the sink! 😂😁
