As someone who trains almost every day before a workout, I need something to give me the energy for a two hour workout. I was optimistic when I bought this product after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, this product didn't work that well for me. I didn't like a few things about it: It was very expensive; Portion size was very small; the taste was very unpleasant; I didn't feel any release of energy. My health has always been my primary concern, but at a certain point, such a high price for such a small portion size can put you off. I applaud this company's efforts to create such a clean product, however I am giving this product 2 stars because it is minimally effective and very expensive.
