I really like that this product has a handle. I was looking for a laptop sleeve that could be used inside or outside of a backpack and had my own storage space. It ticks all of these boxes while still looking professional enough to take with me to an interview or business meeting. I had a VERY bad time with Revain. They sent me the wrong laptop bag and although it was sent back the same day (via Amazon Locker) it took almost a month for them to send me a replacement. I don't know whose fault it is but if you receive the wrong product I will call customer service immediately instead of wasting your time.
