I LOVE THIS BAG! When we travel a lot and go for walks, I like to carry a shoulder bag. All mine are either too small or too big. Judging by the description and photos, this is exactly what I was looking for. The size is PERFECT, not too big and not too small. Bags are everywhere. I have a huge phablet phone (LG V20) and it will NOT fit in one of the smaller front pockets. It has a thin case, so maybe it could fit if it didn't. Inside there are several compartments for small items, but they are still not big enough for a phone. What I like is that there are vertical zip pockets on the sides of the bag and they are quite deep. THESE bags are in my opinion the perfect place for your phone when carrying it crossbody, the front pocket is in perfect reach for it. There is also a welt pocket on the back without a zip. I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time, but it's exactly what I was looking for right now. Also worth mentioning is that the adjustable strap is SUPER long. Most of the shoulder bags I've had were still not long enough, even when fully stretched. This is amazing to customize the perfect length for you. If you like lots of pockets and something light and casual, this is a GREAT BAG.
