Review on Naturino Catania Toddler Little Patent Girls' Shoes by Nick Owens

My 5 year old wore them to kindergarten on the first day and came home with a completely torn sole, as if the shoes were defective. She didn't even have a break the first day and we drove to and from school so she only wore shoes to class. I sent them back hoping I just got a defective pair. But noticed another customer review had the same issue? We have bought this brand before and have never had any problems.
