Design so bad it doesn't work
Strong recommendation DO NOT buy. It's "automatic", meaning you can't turn it on or off. He stops before hitting traffic. He has security issues: he can grab a finger; The edges of the metal are so sharp you're afraid they might cut you. It needs to be redesigned.
