Review on πŸ”’ Advanced Ozeri WeightMaster II - 440 lbs Digital Bath Scale: BMI & Weight Change Detection by Mark Grady

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Defective model - quickly and generously replaced by the company

UPDATE: The company have excellent contacts for finding out what went wrong with their scale. They replaced it for free and asked for the original to be returned so they could figure out what went wrong. So far the exchange has worked without problems. I hope to be able to say the same in a few months. I think I got a lemon, but it's good to see that the company stands behind their products. Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars. INITIAL REVIEW: This scale worked great for about 1-2 weeks but has been extremely unreliable for the past few months or so. He keeps telling my wife and I that we weigh 440 pounds, even though I'm about 180 and she's about 110. He's never stable even when he's in the same position he was in for the first 1-2 weeks. It sits on a flat hardwood surface, so its stability shouldn't change. Also, they light up randomly in the middle of the night to measure weight when there's not even a movement in the house. Those are absolutely terrible weights. I go back to my 10 year old digital scale which while not entirely accurate is at least within 1-2 pounds rather than telling me I gained over 250 points overnight.
