Disappointment - hair care

If I could use a word for it: disappointment. The first elastic I touched fell apart revealing the chain and this piece of elastic visible in her sewing basket. The fabric looks ridiculous and soft, but it's actually stiff, not soft. The colors are decent, but the curls don't stretch well and we're disappointed again. I was intending to buy a famous brand but the price blew me away and thought I'd try it but in the end it turned out to be a waste of money.
