Great for minor sprains and minor injuries. I've worn mine so many times I've worn them out. Unfortunately, my injury required more stability. Highly recommended for minor sprains, extra support for weaker ankles. Not recommended for serious injuries. (I ended up needing a custom orthotic, but this was due to several factors including trauma, poor evaluation by a doctor, improper treatment of a medical condition, among others).
